Around-the-clock Access

The Pipe can be accessed any time, anywhere. All you need is a computer with an internet connection. Log into The Pipe by clicking the "Client Login" link located in the top right corner of the Jandaco site. You can also log into The Pipe by going to pipe.jandaco.com. Use the username and password Jandaco has provided for you. If you have misplaced your username and/or password, just let us know and we'll send them to you right away.

Milestones

Each project in The Pipe has its own calendar with milestones for each phase of the production process—from first comps to final delivery. Both you and the Jandaco team see the same project calendar with the same information. You will always know when the next wireframe, comp, clickable, or delivery is due because you'll have 24/7 access to the same schedule that we are using.

Messages

The majority of communication between you and the Jandaco team takes place via messages in The Pipe. To access a project's messages, just click the "Messages" tab at the top of your project's page. From there, you can view, create, or edit your project's messages.

Messages help to centralize all project communication so that you'll always be able to refer back to any project-related correspondence (no more digging through lengthy email chains!). Links to comps, deliveries, etc. will also be placed on the message boards so that you can easily access current or past links whenever you need them.

To-Do Lists

You will be able to see the exact to-do lists that the Jandaco team is working on for your project. You will be able to see your project progress as we complete items in to-do lists, item by item. To view them, simply click the "To-Do" tab at the top of your project's page.

People

You will have access to profiles (including contact information) for the Jandaco team members involved with your particular project. To view profiles, simply click the "People" tab at the top of your project's page.
