Michael Janda

{ President }

Take a little ambition, a ridiculously tuned sense of detail, a friendly personality and a cue ball—pack them all together, put them in a blender and out comes a yummy Michael Janda shake. As founder and President, Michael is the original driving force behind the creative goodness at Jandaco. Michael brings over a dozen years of design world experience to the table (including a few years as Senior Creative Director of Fox Kids' and Fox Family's internet groups). With a Midwest work ethic and a motto that “OCD is an attribute” his direction always ensures that our results are filled with effective tastiness.

Jeff Jolley

{ VP of Operations }

Jeff is a nugget of charm mixed with a dash of professionalism. Search the globe and you won't find many people who don't love him. Search the office and you won't find anyone who doesn't respect him. With 17 years of design background combined with a degree in business management, Jeff has unique insight into what it takes to operate in the creative world. Nominated by the other Jandacans as the company's “Head Cheerleeder” and “Biggest Brown Noser”, Jeff loves to see our company and clients succeed.

Robert Stevens

{ VP of Creative Services }

Mild mannered by day, super hero by night. If the lights are on at the office, you can bet Robert is still roaming the halls, cracking the whip, and inspiring creative goodness to all those around. Robert leads our creative services team with a cool intellect and a witty design sense. With nearly 20 years of design industry experience and a BFA from the University of Utah, he makes sure that our projects get out the door on time and exceed client expectations.

	Josh Child { Art Director } Josh comes to Jandaco with ten years of experience, and a "go agro" attitude acquired from years of rock climbing. If it came down to him and Tom Cruise in a solo climb straight up a sheer rock face, Josh would win hands down without breaking a sweat and not a hair out of place. That's what he strives for: perfection.		Kara Watkins { Graphic Designer } Kara “Mamma K” Watkins joins the ranks at Jandaco armed with a design-conscious feminine touch (not to mention a mean roundhouse kick to the face). Kara’s favorite past-times include: eating, reading, eating while reading, cooking, and drooling over a nice typeface. Favorite snack: crunchy peanut butter straight out of the jar, Oreos, and a tall glass of moo juice.
	Rachel Allen { Office Manager } Back in 2005, the office was filled with burly, uncivilized men—then Rachel came on board and quickly started making changes (in the form of scented candles and curtains). Rachel assures that the accounting is accurate, payroll is executed, and the fridge is full (among 10,000 other mission critical duties). Without her, we would rapidly deteriorate to our Cro-Magnon ways.		Nate Nelson { Graphic Designer } Faster than a speeding bullet... Nate gets the project done in no time flat. He is a software expert and hot key addict. With a degree in graphic design and several years of experience, Nate contributes greatly to the quality (and quantity) of work we output.
	Brent Allen { Lead Programmer } Brent joined Jandaco in 2006, bringing with him a degree in Multimedia Communication Technology and a wealth of coding mojo. Taking a cue from fellow Texan Chuck Norris, Brent solves technical problems with a swift kick to the throat.		Jordan Hess { Programmer } Hailing from the sunny suburbs of SoCal, Jordan Hess train-hopped his way to Utah and brought with him a superabundance of programming knowledge—Javascript, AJAX, PHP and more. If Jordan was a sandwich he'd be bacon, lettuce, and radical.
	Dave Malmborg {Sales Representative } Dave is our entire Web Hosting Sales team (we thought about adding more, but he has the strength of five men). His contagious smile and love of food instantly breaks the ice and sets customers at ease. He's fluent in French, and if you bring him delicious cheeses, he might play the cello for you.		Jeff Losee { Web Developer } Jeff is to XHTML/CSS as Louis L'Amour is to pulp western novels. He cranks the stuff out like nobody's business. But don't be fooled by the skills that he's got, at the end of the day, he's still one of the most humble Jandacans around.
	Greg Miller { Senior Developer } With an envious skill set, G-Miller is the ultimate hybrid of a designer/developer and the perfect fit for Jandaco. He's fluent in XHTML, CSS, and Portuguese, and holds the Jandaland record Guitar Hero champion. His carefree attitude doesn't stand in the way of making sure projects are sent out on time.		Molly Anthony { Developer } If we hadn’t added Molly to our team, she’d be out painting a masterpiece, climbing trees, and eating grilled cheese sandwiches. With a degree in Illustration and a knack for design, she brings a full pack of awesomeness to the table, not to mention helping the guy-to-girl employee ratio.
	Andrew Hair { Senior Designer } If Andrew was a super hero, he'd be the arch-nemesis of anything bad design. With a knack for creating eye-catching designs, he brings supernatural "Pow! Pow!" action moves to the table. His tool belt also includes CSS skills that would obliterate anyone threatening to use animated gifs to make the World Wide Web a better place.		Justin Ishoy { Programmer } If you were to look at Justin's insides, he'd be all ones and zeros -- he lives, breathes, and IS code. His optimistic outlook and side-splitting sense of humor carries everyone through the day. If he were the James Bond of code, he'd be the 007 of mastermindedness.
